Shipping: Although we don’t typically ship vouchers and tickets, this service is available if absolutely necessary for a fee of $7US. Normally, we deliver the tickets and tour vouchers to your hotel however some tour vouchers are generated electronically and will be sent via e-mail.
Returns: All orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of tour date with no cancellation or penalty. There is a $5 cancellation fee per person up to a $25 maximum per order for orders cancelled within 48 hours.
Tours can be changed or transferred to a different tour for any reason (for example “we can’t go to the Beach Tour because everyone has a sunburn but we’d like to go shopping instead”) with no penalty and a credit or additional charge will be made based on the price difference (for example, the Beach Tour is $43 for adults and the shopping tour is $45 so the difference charged will be $2 per person).
Special Note: You are our guest and we never want to charge you for something you didn’t do so, just try to let us know as far in advance as possible. Waiving any fees or cancellation charges is at the discretion of the Anaheim Visitor Center and we will do all we can to not penalize our guests for changes in plans that are out of their control.
